1994 was the year Ironbar first opened it’s doors in Port Douglas.

With it’s rustic Australiana theme and lively atmosphere the Ironbar has certainly seen it’s share of characters both famous and infamous over the years. With the likes of  Matthew McConaughey, Kate Hudson, Pink, Sean Penn, Woody Harrelson and  Bill Clinton all having been seen at the Ironbar over the years and the list goes on.

These days the Ironbar Steakhouse Restaurant is famous for it’s great range of steaks, seafood and good Aussie tucker while still entertaining locals and tourists alike.

From  the ‘family fun’ Cane Toad Races to Live Bands and DJ’S, the Ironbar does it all.
